How Extreme Vision Today Works to Get You the Best LASIK Price

1. Call our office or send us a request to be contacted.
2. A Care Manager will explain our process and answer your questions.
3. We will quote your exact cost of the LASIK procedures offered by every doctor.
4. Select your preferred doctor near you and set an appointment through us.
5. Our Care Manager will then collect a refundable partial payment of $50. This payment is refunded to you in full if you do not end up having LASIK surgery. If you do have the surgery, it will be applied towards your total cost.
6. We will email and/or mail to you the pricing confirmation and appointment details including the doctor information so there are no surprises. Unlike many LASIK practices, our surgery prices do not increase based on your prescription or astigmatism.
